About the role
Join our fit-out team to translate architectural intent into beautifully resolved interiors. You will own FF&E selection, finishes schedules, and contractor liaison from kickoff through snagging.
Responsibilities
- Develop interior design from concept to issued-for-construction
- Produce FF&E schedules and material boards
- Liaise with suppliers on samples, pricing, and lead times
- Visit site for inspections and resolve detailing queries on the floor
- Maintain the project decoration intent log
Requirements
- 4+ years interiors experience on completed fit-out projects
- Fluent in AutoCAD and SketchUp; Revit a plus
- Strong eye for material, light, and proportion
- UAE driving licence
