Zawaya Center redefines the suburban mall typology with a design-forward approach that prioritizes natural light, intuitive wayfinding, and curated tenant mix. JDI's architectural concept creates a flowing interior streetscape with double-height atriums, living green walls, and a material palette of warm stone and brushed metals. The smart building systems integrate energy management, footfall analytics, and adaptive lighting throughout.
